Therapist seated and offering counseling for individuals, families, and athletes

Therapist for Athletes, Teens, Young Adults, Adults, Parents, and Families Across Washington

At Wyatt Lynch Therapy, I help athletes navigate the mental, emotional, and physical pressures that come with competing at elite levels. I work with athletes in basketball, baseball, football, and golf—from youth and club competition (AAU, select, 7-on-7, junior tours) through high school, collegiate, and professional levels.

I support athletes in managing performance anxiety, perfectionism, fear of failure, burnout, identity challenges, and feelings of isolation. Even when it looks like an athlete “has it all,” the pressure from coaches, teammates, family, and expectations can feel overwhelming.

I also support teens, young adults, adults, parents, and families navigating a wide range of emotional challenges, including anger, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity issues, family conflict, struggles with societal expectations, and other personal battles. Whenever possible, I work alongside parents, siblings, and family members to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create healthier boundaries and support systems.

Many clients see me as humorous, easy to talk to, light hearted, and non judgmental. Growth can feel hard sometimes, however, it’s truly a normal part of life. Without failure, we cannot learn and therefore we cannot grow.

I offer virtual therapy for athletes, teens, young adults, adults, parents, and families across Washington, including Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, and the greater Eastside, so you can get support wherever you are. My goal is to help athletes, teens, young adults, adults, parents, and families improve, build confidence, and thrive.
