Wyatt Lynch, MA, LMHCA
I’m a licensed counseling associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Family Institute at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Washington. I specialize in working with high-performing athletes—from AAU, select, high school, and college athletes to professional players in basketball, baseball, football, and golf. I also work with teens, young adults, parents, and families, helping them navigate performance pressure, perfectionism, burnout, anxiety, identity challenges, and life transitions while building long-term emotional well-being.
I often use sports as a language and a vehicle for life lessons, helping athletes and individuals turn the challenges of competition into opportunities for resilience, confidence, and personal growth. I also bring a human perspective to therapy—sharing experiences when appropriate, valuing authenticity, and connecting with clients as real people navigating real pressures.
Outside of therapy, I love anything sports-related, including watching, coaching, and playing, traveling abroad to experience new cultures, and spending time with friends, family, and my pets—you might even meet my dog and cats during sessions!
One of my greatest joys is supporting people as they take meaningful steps toward personal growth, build confidence, and thrive both in sports and in life. Every journey is unique, and I would be honored to be part of yours.
