I specialize in therapy for student-athletes, I help young athletes strengthen their mental game so they can compete with greater confidence, focus, and resilience. I work with athletes across a wide range of sports, including basketball, baseball, football, and golf—to manage performance pressure, reduce sports anxiety, and build the mental skills that set great athletes apart.

My passion for this work comes from personal experience. I played basketball and baseball at a high level and now coach travel basketball, which gives me a deep, personal understanding of the mental and emotional demands of competitive sports. I’ve seen firsthand how mindset, not just talent often determines who excels in sports, and who struggles.

In my therapy practice, I support student-athletes by helping them:

  • Manage performance anxiety, pre-game nerves, and mental stress

  • Build confidence and a strong athlete identity

  • Improve focus, concentration, and mental resilience

  • Strengthen communication and team leadership skills

  • Navigate challenges like injuries, burnout, and slumps

  • Create a healthy balance between sports, academics, and life

I provide sports counseling for middle school athletes, high school athletes, and college athletes.

I serve student-athletes and families in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, the Eastside, and Seattle, and work with clients virtually throughout Washington.

Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your mental performance, a parent seeking support for your child, or a coach who wants to build a stronger team culture, I may be able to help.

Let’s work together to unlock your full potential, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
