II specialize in therapy for athletes, helping young athletes strengthen their mental game to compete with greater confidence, focus, and resilience. I work with athletes across various sports—including basketball, baseball, football, and golf—to manage performance pressure, reduce sports anxiety, and develop the mental skills that set great athletes apart.

My passion for this work comes from personal experience. Having played basketball and baseball at a high level and now coaching travel basketball, I have a deep, firsthand understanding of the mental and emotional demands of competitive sports. I’ve seen how mindset—not just talent—often determines who excels and who struggles on the field.

In my therapy practice, I support athletes by helping them:

  • Manage performance anxiety, pre-game nerves, and mental stress

  • Build confidence and develop a strong athlete identity

  • Improve focus, concentration, and mental resilience

  • Strengthen communication and leadership skills within the team

  • Navigate challenges such as injuries, burnout, and performance slumps

  • Create a healthy balance between sports, academics, and personal life

I provide sports therapy for middle school athletes, high school athletes, and college athletes.

I provide therapy for athletes in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, the Eastside, and Seattle, and work with clients virtually throughout Washington.

Whether you’re an athlete aiming to enhance your mental performance, a parent seeking support for your child, or a coach wanting to foster a stronger team culture, I’m here to help.

Let’s work together to unlock your full potential, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
