I help student-athletes build the mental skills needed to perform at their best—on and off the field, court, or course. Through therapy, I support athletes in boosting confidence, improving focus, and managing performance anxiety so they can compete with resilience and consistency.

I work with middle school, high school, college, and adult athletes across a range of sports, including basketball, baseball, football, and golf. Whether you’re struggling with pressure, low confidence, motivation, or sports isn’t feeling fun, therapy provides a space to grow mentally stronger and more self-aware.

As a former competitive athlete and current travel basketball coach, I bring a unique perspective to this work. I understand the mental side of sports—how mindset, not just skill, often separates good athletes from great ones.

Even if your concerns aren’t directly about sports, we’ll often use sports metaphors and language throughout our work together—because sports is a language we both understand.

In my therapy practice, I support athletes by helping them:

I offer virtual therapy for athletes throughout Washington State, including those in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, and the greater Eastside area. All sessions are conducted online, making it easy and accessible for athletes across the state to get support.
